For the second year in a row Nuage Networks has come out on top in the Info-Tech Research Group – 2022 Data Quadrant for SD-WAN based on customer reviews.
This report is unique as the results are based solely on feedback on user satisfaction related to product features and the customer experience with the vendor. Aggregated emotional response ratings are included in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, strategy and innovation to create a powerful indicator of overall customer feeling towards the vendor and its product – all from the SD-WAN users’ point of view.
This year Nuage Networks improved to become the clear leader for our Product Features and Satisfaction and scored highly across all of the key criteria Info-Tech use to create the quadrant vendor landscape.
Last year we picked up the top awards across five categories and this year we doubled that count by taking home the LEADER position in ten categories, including:
