Nuage Networks, a startup backed by Alcatel-Lucent (News 
– Alert), has added self-service certification to its partner program in an effort to expedite the delivery of applications running on software-defined networking environment’s based on the company’s technology, and to allow organizations to more easily set and enforce security policies related to those applications and environments.
