Numergy will be deploying Nuage Networks’ SDN platform and Alcatel-Lucent’s (News 
– Alert) 7750 service router in its datacenters to manage and automate the datacenter networks and make them programmable and operationally efficient.
Erik Beauvalot, chief operating officer of Numergy said, “The Nuage Networks SDN technology allows us to address key performance and compatibility requirements for an open environment. This will allow us to virtualize our infrastructure and to offer our customers cloud services in a more dynamic way.”
